Frequently Asked Questions
How soon will we get the photos?
Photography Only Services will be ready within 16 hours.
Video Only Services will be ready within 48 hours.
Packaged Services will be ready within 72 hours.

Do you charge for larger listigs?
Yes. Listings that are over 2300 sq.ft. are subject to an additional fee. We charge an extra $40 for every additional 500 square feet for Photo services and $70 for package deals.
Please note, this covers our time to capture all your listings details inside and out. We wouldn’t want to miss a valuable selling feature! Finished basements are counted within the total square footage.

How do I make a payment?
Payment is due before delivery of any photo, video or packaged services. Payment can be made via PayPal, bank e-transfer or in cash at the time of the shoot. An invoice will be provided. All dues will be confirmed prior to the shoot and a dual party agreement signed.
How will I get my pictures/videos and other listing items?
Delivery of all media will be provided through a cloud sharing platform (like Google Drive). We want to make it super easy for you to upload your listing. If you are having troubles with anything, please feel free to contact us!
Fine Details
Cancellations:
24 hours of notice for cancellation or any major changes is greatly appreciated. Cancellations within 24 hours will be billed half the agreed upon rate.
*Condo Rate Discount:
Condos and Apartments that are under 850 total square feet will qualify for our discounted rate.
Promotions do not stack, final prices are rounded up.
